You’ve added your Sinopé smart thermostats to Helix Fi and want to dissociate them from the app? Here is how to do it:
Open the Helix Fi app and go to the Home section.
Click on the … symbol in the box of one of the Sinopé devices.
Click on the gear in the top right corner of the screen to access the settings.
Click on Disconnect the Sinope devices.
Click on Disconnect to confirm the dissociation.
Confirmation that the devices have been disconnected will appear at the bottom of the screen.
