The device is no longer able to find the GT125 gateway to which it is connected.
Check the following:
- Check if the gateway’s RF light is green and steadily on.
- Make sure the unit is approximately 30 feet away from the nearest GT125 gateway or any Mi-Wi Device.
Perform a reset of the RF connection.
Then reconnect your device:
- Open a connectivity session;
- Reconnect your device;
- Close the connectivity session.
This procedure will not erase the information saved in the device.
