Issue

The device is no longer able to find the GT125 gateway to which it is connected.

Verification

Check the following:

  1. Check if the gateway’s RF light is green and steadily on.
  2. Make sure the unit is approximately 30 feet away from the nearest GT125 gateway or any Mi-Wi Device.

Solution

Perform a reset of the RF connection.

Then reconnect your device:

  1. Open a connectivity session;
  2. Reconnect your device;
  3. Close the connectivity session.

This procedure will not erase the information saved in the device.
