Issue

The device cannot find the GT125 gateway while attempting to connect.

Verification

Check the following:

  1. Check if the gateway’s RF light is green and steadily on.
  2. Make sure the unit is approximately 30 feet away from the nearest GT125 Gateway or Mi-Wi device.

Solution

Perform a circuit breaker reset and GT125 power reset.

  1. Find the circuit breaker connected to the unit.
  2. Disable it.
  3. Wait about 30 seconds.
  4. Reactivate the circuit breaker.

Try connecting the device to the GT125 again.
