The device cannot find the GT125 gateway while attempting to connect.
Check the following:
- Check if the gateway’s RF light is green and steadily on.
- Make sure the unit is approximately 30 feet away from the nearest GT125 Gateway or Mi-Wi device.
Perform a circuit breaker reset and GT125 power reset.
- Find the circuit breaker connected to the unit.
- Disable it.
- Wait about 30 seconds.
- Reactivate the circuit breaker.
Try connecting the device to the GT125 again.
