How do I reconnect the valve to the Wi-Fi network?

Your Wi-Fi water valve is no longer connected to your network? Follow these steps to add your Wi-Fi valve to Neviweb and reconnect it to the network.


Open the app and login to your Neviweb account.


Go to the Device List page by tapping the middle icon at the bottom of the app.


From the Room or All tab, tap + Add device.


Select the device to add and follow the steps of the installation wizard.

If your valve has not been added to Neviweb after following these steps, try resetting it.

If the connection is still not re-established even after resetting the valve, we invite you to contact the technical support team.
