Your Wi-Fi smart device is no longer connected to your network? Follow these steps to add your it to Neviweb and reconnect it to the network.
Open the app and login to your Neviweb account.
Go to the Device List page by tapping the middle icon at the bottom of the app.
From the Room or All tab, tap + Add device.
Select the device to add and follow the steps of the installation wizard.
If your device has not been added to Neviweb after following these steps, try resetting it.
If the connection is still not re-established even after resetting it, we invite you to contact the technical support team.
