Follow these steps to configure your valve so that it closes during a power failure or when the batteries are low:
Login to your Neviweb account.
Go to the Device List page by tapping the middle icon at the bottom of the app.
Select your Wi-Fi smart water valve (VA4220WF/VA4221WF).
Go to the Settings section.
Go to the Configuration section, then select the required action when batteries are low: No action, Close the valve on power outage and send email, Close the valve on power outage only, Close the valve and send an email alert, Close the valve only or Send email alert only. Save.
