Resetting the gateway connection

To reset your gateway connection:

  1. Unplug the power supply from the gateway, router, and modem.

  2. Reconnect the power supply to the modem and wait for the modem to initialize.

  3. Reconnect the power supply to your router and wait for the router to initialize.

  4. Reconnect the power supply to your gateway. The WEB light will turn green.
