Issue

The internal temperature sensor has undergone reading errors, or the thermostat is in "floor" control mode, and no temperature sensor is connected.

Solution 1

If your thermostat is equipped with a floor sensor:

  1. Check if the floor sensor is correctly installed.
  2. Check if the floor sensor is not defective (Open Circuit). 
  3. If the temperature sensor is defective: change it or change the control mode to « ambient ».

If your thermostat is not equipped with a floor sensor:
