FAQ
The Sinopé app gives you access to all the features of your smart thermostat for electric baseboard heaters.
- Download the Sinopé app to your mobile phone to complete the interface setup.
- Go to the Device List page by tapping the icon in the center at the bottom of the app.
- From the Room or All tab, tap + Add Device.
- Go to the Thermostats section, select the device to add (TH1143WF/TH1144WF), and follow the steps in the installation wizard.
To remove your thermostat from the Sinopé Neviweb app, press ‘Delete’ in the thermostat settings.
Under normal operation, the thermostat housing can reach a temperature between 35°C (95°F) and 40°C (104°F).
Possible causes:
- The thermostat is exposed to an air draft.
- The thermostat is located near or above a heat source, such as a light dimmer.
The thermal protection device on the heater has temporarily opened. This can happen if the heater is obstructed by furniture or a curtain and overheats, or if the heater’s thermal protection device is overly sensitive.
To disconnect your thermostat from the Wi-Fi router, press the ⬇ and ⬆ buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. The Wi-Fi symbol will disappear from the display.
