HH
The temperature of the floor sensor exceeds the reading range.
Make sure that the operating temperature of the thermostat is between 0 °C and 50 °C (32 °F and 122 °F).
GFCI
The device detects a short circuit on the load connection of the relay.
E2
The internal temperature sensor has undergone reading errors.
E1F
The internal temperature sensor has undergone reading errors, or the thermostat is in “floor” control mode, and no temperature sensor is connected.
E1
The internal temperature sensor has undergone reading errors.
E2F
The floor sensor has undergone reading errors.
E3
The device receives an abnormal volume of communication requests over a short period. If you are using a local API, check the frequency of requests, and see if you can reduce it.
E4
The device is no longer able to find the GT125 gateway to which it is connected.
This procedure will not erase the information saved in the device.
E5
The device sees more than one GT125 gateway with an open connectivity session.
It is possible that a close neighbor has opened a connectivity session at the same time as you. In this case, wait a few minutes before trying to reconnect the device to your network.
E6
The device can recognize the presence of a GT125 gateway, but does not perceive an open connectivity session.
E7
The device cannot find the GT125 gateway while attempting to connect.
Perform a circuit breaker reset and GT125 power reset. Try connecting the device to the GT125 again.
E8
This code appears when the unit has been installed but has never been connected before to a GT125 gateway. This error code does not affect the device.
E9
The device has experienced a sustained data transmission error.
E11
The device perceives its RF address as invalid
E12
The device perceives its RF address as invalid
E13
The device lost the communication to the GT125 gateway.
This procedure will not erase the information saved in the device.
E15
The device’s temperature sensor is incorrectly connected, the device’s cover is not properly closed, or an internal part is defective.
E16
The device perceives a problem with an internal component.
E17
The self-test of the GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) failed.
E18
The device perceives a problem with an internal component.
E19
The device perceives an abnormally high internal temperature, higher than the limit allowed by the device.
E20
The device perceives an error in attempting to read the connected load.
HH
The ambient temperature exceeds the reading range.
Make sure that the operating temperature of the thermostat is between 0 °C and 50 °C (32 °F and 122 °F).
LL
The ambient temperature is below the reading range.
Make sure the operating temperature is between 0 °C and 50 °C (32 °F and 122 °F).
