Why am I receiving peak event alerts in Neviweb that do not correspond to those from Hydro-Québec?
If you receive peak event notifications in the Neviweb app that don’t match those sent by Hydro-Québec, it likely means you didn’t select the correct program when you signed up for the Éco Sinopé feature. Peak events are not exactly the same for those registered for the Winter Credit or the Flex D rate.
Therefore, we recommend that you verify that the program selected in Eco Sinopé matches the one you registered for with Hydro-Québec. If you realize that you selected the wrong program in Eco Sinopé, simply unsubscribe from the feature and restart the registration process, choosing the correct program.
Please note that changes made in Eco Sinopé may take up to 24 hours to be applied, so we recommend making your changes when there are no peak events planned so as not to affect your participation in them.
If you have indeed selected the correct program in Eco Sinopé and are not receiving the correct peak events, please contact our technical support team by email at support@sinopetech.com or by phone at 1-855-741-7701.
