Why is my device not participating to Éco Sinopé?
Some first generation Sinopé and Ouellet devices are not supported by the Éco Sinopé feature. At the time they were designed, this type of feature was not yet considered.
To operate, Éco Sinopé must use specific electronic components that these devices do not have. A simple firmware update would not allow the device to be compatible with this feature.
