Why is my device not supported by Eco Sinopé?
Some early generation Sinopé and Ouellet devices are not supported by Neviweb’s Eco Sinopé functionality, because at the time they were designed, this type of functionality was not yet envisaged.
To function, Eco Sinopé requires certain electronic components that these devices do not possess. Therefore, a simple firmware update would not make the device compatible with this feature.
